I decided to try the Pizza night and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and authentic flavors of the wood-fired pizzas. the fresh, local ingredients really stood out, highlighting the hotel's emphasis on fine, free-range produce. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a rustic charm that complemented the modern British cuisine perfectly. I found myself relaxing in the bar after dinner, enjoying a selection of British ales, including a fantastic local Real Ale from Stonehouse Brewery. the wines supplied by an independent wine merchant were also top-notch, enhancing the dining experience even further. Overall, I was impressed by the culinary innovation at the Cross Keys Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable dining experience. the combination of excellent food, cozy ambiance, and friendly staff made for a truly enjoyable stay.
